I am HACCP and SQF certified.  I have a great deal of experience in the realm of food safety programs dating all the way back to the early 90's when I taught at the Army Medical Center and School.  I taught SQF, HACCP and TQM to Army Veterinarians, force health protection personnel and Special Forces medical personnel and continued that work at Cornell.
