In-Plant Training

I have been a lead instructor for many workshops as a Senior Extension Associate at Cornell University.  I have developed and taught many topics to include all things pasteurization (HTST/UHT/Vat), food safety and microbiology, yogurt, cheese and ice cream.  I have taught many in-plant EMP workshops and have done several validations of EMP programs. I am also a PCQI and Food Defense Lead Instructor.  I am SQF and HACCP certified.  I can help you meet your training needs in all of those areas.
